All PCS Bands orders are eligible for returns in exchange for a full refund for 90 days from delivery of the order. We accept returns of unused, unworn products with original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. Sorry, no returns on orders under $20 dollars.

Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully. Bear in mind that product photos may slightly differ from actual items in terms of color due to the lighting conditions or your monitor’s display.

Return requests for orders received and delivered after 90 days will be politely declined. We hope you understand. If 90 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t accept a return of your order nor offer you a refund.

RETURN REQUEST INSTRUCTIONS

For returns, please send an email to info@petnailsupply.com with your full name, order number, a photograph of the item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return.

Our support team will respond within 2 business days and further return instructions will be provided.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed right PCSy and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within a few days- depending on your bank.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

MISSING ORDERS & DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS RECEIVED

All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If orders are not received within 7 days of our estimated delivery times to your country due to circumstances beyond our control, replacement(s) will be shipped free of charge or a full refund of the missing order will be issued.

Items received that are defective or damaged will be replaced with the same item(s) free of charge or refunded in full.

If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our end, first of all please accept our sincerest apologies! Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us!

We are happy to fully refund or replace any items that we missed the mark on. Please send an e-mail to info@petnailsupply.com with your full name, order number, a description (and a photograph, if applicable) of the issue and our support team will get back to you with a resolution within 48 hours.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGE REQUESTS

If you require a change to your order, please email us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes to your order, and a refund will not be granted.

We accept 8 hours’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or Shipping Address information. Just feel free to contact us. We’re available 24/7 at info@petnailsupply.com

Please note that any request received after the 8 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is fully processed.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at our support email.
